A VIP casino bonus is anything the casino gives you for being in its loyalty programme rather than for making a deposit: a reward when you reach a new level, money for your points, a reload offer for members, a gift on your birthday. Unlike the welcome offer, it is paid after you have already played, so it is tempting to count it as earned money. The terms usually say otherwise.

Level-up rewards
Vave is the only casino on our list that prints its full table of level rewards. They start small and grow quickly at the top:

Rewards are credited within 24 hours of reaching the level (point 8) and carry 10x wagering (point 6). Points come at 1 VP per 30 USDT on slots only. So level 8 takes 150,000 USDT of slot bets and pays 100 USDT that you then wager 1,000 USDT to release. Our arithmetic.
Slotsgem has 50 levels, each with a reward, and Hellspin's VIP programme promises up to 10,000 EUR at the end of each 15-day cycle. Neither prints the rewards per level.
Point exchanges
The second kind of VIP bonus is cash or bonus money for points you have collected.
- Vave: 200 VP for 1 USDT, with 5x wagering on the cash (points 3 and 7). At 30 USDT per point, 1 USDT takes 6,000 USDT of slot bets.
- Slotsgem: 100 comp points for 1 euro. The earning rate is not printed, so the value per bet cannot be worked out.
- Hellspin: comp points can be exchanged for bonuses (bonus terms 3k), at a better rate on higher levels, according to its VIP texts.
A point exchange is the purest measure of a VIP programme's value, and it is usually tiny. That is not a scandal; it is the price of the house edge. It is simply a reason not to play for points.
Reloads, gifts and boosts
Most VIP casinos add bonuses that are not tied to a level: weekly reloads, birthday and anniversary gifts, a better wheel. Hellspin lists birthday and anniversary gifts and a personal manager in its VIP-Inferno texts. Wild.io's daily Wheel of Fortune improves with the level, with a 50,000 USD top prize, and seven daily claims in a row unlock a weekly wheel with a 100,000 USD top prize at the Epic level. Metaspins' Level Up page offers a rakeback boost of up to 8x through a coin flip.
These are the hardest VIP bonuses to value, because they are announced on the promotions page and the rules sit in a general clause. Assume the standard bonus rules apply: wagering, a bet cap and an expiry date.

The rules that apply to every VIP bonus
Wagering. Vave: 10x on level rewards, 5x on exchanged points, 10x on weekly cashback. Metaspins: every reward wagered at least once (T&C 4.2). iWild: cashback is real money with 3x. SpinSkull: cashback at 1x. Spinorhino: daily cashback with none.
Payout caps. Vave caps the winnings from any VIP bonus at 10,000 USDT (1.3); its rewards from level 16 up are larger than that, and the text does not say how the two fit. Hellspin caps payouts from VIP, comp point, cashback, tournament, deposit and weekly bonuses at 10,000 EUR (1c).
Bet caps. If a VIP bonus counts as a bonus, the bonus bet limit applies while it runs: 5 USDT at Vave, 5 EUR at Hellspin. A high roller collecting a level reward should know that their next spins are limited until it is wagered or forfeited.
No points on bonus bets. Vave gives no VP for bets made with bonus funds (point 5). Wagering a VIP reward does not move you up the ladder.
Which VIP bonus is worth having
Cashback with little or no wagering is the most valuable VIP bonus, because it is closest to money. Level rewards come next, if the wagering is modest and the cap is larger than the reward. Point exchanges and boosts are the least valuable per unit of play.
