VIP-Inferno
The VIP page body is empty. The programme is described in Hellspin's interface texts: stay loyal and earn up to 10,000 EUR at the end of each 15-day cycle; comp points exchanged for money at a better rate on higher levels; a personal manager; birthday and anniversary gifts. The bonus terms add that comp points can be exchanged for bonuses (3k). A separate cashback promotion page returned an error.
What is missing is the ladder: no level names with thresholds, no exchange rates per level. The 10,000 EUR figure is a ceiling without a route to it.
The bonus cap
Bonus terms 1c cap payouts at 10,000 EUR from cashback, comp point, tournament, deposit, VIP and weekly bonuses. The welcome bonus is excluded. In practice that means a VIP reward can never pay out more than 10,000 EUR, whatever it turns into.
Withdrawals
- Limits: 4,000 EUR a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month, unless promotion terms or a higher VIP status say otherwise (15).
- Jackpots: progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
- Above a provider's limit: paid in instalments.
- Processing: up to three working days (15); the help pages give shorter typical times by method, such as under 24 hours for crypto.
- Documents: may be requested at certain deposit or withdrawal sums; checked within 48 hours (14.4).
The VIP exception is written into the clause, which is more than most casinos offer. As everywhere, it has no figure, so ask for one in writing.
