VIP casino sites: what the terms pay, tier by tier

Every VIP casino promises a personal manager, faster payouts and rewards that grow with your stakes. The VIP page is where those promises live. The terms are where they are measured. We read both for nine casinos and set them side by side, with the clause number next to every figure.

Oliver BennettBy · updated 10 October 2026

A VIP casino rewards the players who bet the most. That is the deal on every VIP page you will read: play more, climb the levels, get more back. What differs from one casino to the next is how much "more" really is, and that number is almost never on the VIP page itself. It sits in the terms: how many points a bet earns, which games earn them, what a point is worth in cash, what wagering hangs on each reward and whether a higher level changes the withdrawal limit or only the colour of the badge.

We read those documents for nine casinos on 9 October 2026: the VIP or loyalty page, the bonus terms, the general terms and, where the casino names one, the licence register entry. Where a casino prints a figure, we quote it with the clause. Where it does not, we say so. Nothing on this page comes from another review site, and we have not played at these casinos with our own money; this is a reading of what each VIP casino commits to in writing.

What a VIP casino is, and what it is not

A VIP casino is not a separate kind of casino. It is an ordinary online casino with a loyalty programme that is generous enough, and documented well enough, to matter to someone who stakes a lot. The programme has four moving parts, and every VIP casino on our list uses some mix of them.

Points. You earn them per amount bet. The rate decides everything else. Vave gives 1 VIP point per 30 USDT bet on slots (VIP terms, point 2); bets with bonus money earn nothing (point 5). Slotsgem uses comp points and exchanges 100 of them for 1 euro.

Levels. Points move you up a ladder. Vave's has 18 rungs, Slotsgem's 50, SpinSkull names four ranks (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and keeps the full table behind the login.

Rewards that scale with the level. Cashback, rakeback, level-up bonuses, a better wheel or a reload. These are the reason to climb.

People. A personal manager or a VIP chat line. Every VIP casino on our list mentions one; none of them says at exactly which level you get one.

What a VIP casino is not, at least on paper, is a casino with different rules for its best customers. Verification, bonus caps and the right to limit bets apply to VIP players as they apply to everyone. The terms we read carve out exactly one area where a VIP level changes the rules: the withdrawal limit, and even there no casino prints the VIP figure.

Open clubs and invitation-only clubs

Most programmes we read are open. Vave states that membership is automatic after the first deposit (VIP terms, point 1). Wild.io says there is no separate application and that your play counts automatically. That is the modern pattern: everybody is a member from day one, and "VIP" is simply the upper end of the ladder.

The older pattern, a hidden programme where a host invites you after watching your play, still exists at many casinos, but none of the casinos we read describes such a scheme in its terms. If a VIP casino tells you its programme is "by invitation", ask what the invitation changes in writing before you change the size of your bets to earn one.

What VIP pages promise, and what the terms write down

The same four promises appear on almost every VIP casino page: a personal manager, faster withdrawals, higher limits and exclusive bonuses. We checked each one against the terms of the casinos that make it.

Table comparing five VIP page promises with what the casinos write in their terms
Money promises come with numbers; service promises do not.
Promise on the VIP pageWhat the terms we read say
Personal managerVave, Slotsgem, Hellspin and iWild mention one; none names the level
Faster withdrawalsno casino gives VIP players a shorter written processing time
Higher withdrawal limitsHellspin (clause 15) and Spinorhino (6.11) allow exceptions for higher VIP levels; iWild by agreement with a manager (7.15); no VIP figure anywhere
Exclusive bonusesreal, but with wagering: 10x on every Vave level reward, 5x on cash from exchanged points
Cashback by levelwritten with percentages at Vave, SpinSkull and Spinorhino; Wild.io gives "up to 20%" without a table

The pattern is consistent. The money parts of a VIP programme, cashback rates, level rewards and point values, are usually written with numbers. The service parts, a manager and faster handling, are written as intentions. Plan around the numbers.

The VIP casinos we read

Nine casinos, nine different answers to the same question. They are sorted by how much of their VIP programme they put in writing.

Vave: the most complete VIP table we found

Vave publishes its whole VIP ladder, which is rarer than it should be. There are 18 levels. Points come at 1 VP per 30 USDT on slots only; table and live games do not count (point 2). Level rewards start at 5 USDT plus 10 free spins for level 2 and run up to 100,000 USDT at level 18, credited within 24 hours of reaching the level (point 8). Every level reward carries 10x wagering (point 6).

Weekly cashback rises in three steps: 3% for VIP 1 to 3, 5% for VIP 4 to 8, 7% from VIP 9, on weekly net losses of at least 100 USDT, paid on Mondays at 12:00, capped at 100 USDT a week, with 10x wagering. The rate is taken from your level at the end of the week, and cashback earned at a previous level is reset if the level changes mid-week.

Two lines in Vave's terms matter more to a high roller than the ladder itself. Bonus rule 1.3 caps winnings from any VIP bonus, cashback included, at 10,000 USDT. And there is no fixed withdrawal limit (T&C 8.1); wins of 50,000 USDT or more may, in exceptional cases, be paid in equal parts within 30 days (8.8). Vave is licensed in Curaçao to Latcas B.V., licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, active in the Curaçao register since 19 May 2025.

SpinSkull: the highest cashback with the lightest wagering

SpinSkull runs a loyalty programme with points on every spin and ranks named Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Its bonus terms (11.2) set cashback at 10% for eligible players, 10% for Silver and Gold, 15% for Platinum and 20% for Diamond. The homepage says 5% and up to 15%; the numbered terms are the stronger source, and we use them.

Cashback is calculated weekly on net losses, becomes claimable after seven days and must be claimed each week (11.5, 11.7). Wagering is 1x (11.9) and the cap is 5,000 EUR per player per week (11.10). That combination, 20% at 1x with a 5,000 EUR ceiling, is the most valuable written cashback on this page for someone who loses large sums in a bad week.

The catch is the payout limit: 5,000 EUR per rolling 24 hours and 20,000 EUR per rolling 30 days (T&C 4.3), with no VIP exception printed. SpinSkull is the only casino on our list with a Malta licence: Ludaro Limited, MGA/B2C/1118/2025, shown as licensed in the MGA register.

Spinorhino: daily cashback with no wagering

Spinorhino pays cashback every day, from 5% to 15% depending on VIP level, credited at 00:00 UTC, from a minimum of 10 euros, valid for one day and with no wagering. There is one exclusion to know: no cashback if your withdrawals exceed 60% of your deposits.

Its withdrawal limits are among the highest we read: 10,000 EUR a day, 20,000 a week and 50,000 a month under clause 6.11, which also allows exceptions for higher VIP levels. The payment policy (3.7) gives 20,000 EUR a month instead, so the monthly figure contradicts itself. Withdrawals are processed within two banking days (6.6). The operator is 3-102-899069 LIMITADA; no licence is stated.

Hellspin: big cycles, clear limits

Hellspin's VIP programme promises up to 10,000 EUR per 15-day cycle. We found no table of levels with figures, so the route to that ceiling is not documented. The payout clause is documented: 4,000 EUR a day, 16,000 a week and 50,000 a month, unless a higher VIP status provides otherwise (clause 15), with processing of up to three working days. Hellspin also lists a high roller offer on its promotions page.

What Hellspin does not print is who runs it: no operator name, address or licence number appears in its terms or footer. For a player who expects to move large sums, that is a real gap.

iWild Casino: a VIP pack at the front door

iWild does something unusual: it starts VIP treatment at the first deposit. A first deposit of at least 2,000 USD opens a VIP pack of four bonuses, 150%, 100%, 100% and 150%, each up to 15,000 USD, 60,000 USD in total, with 25x wagering within ten days, plus a personal manager. Cashback is 10% daily and 10% weekly, paid as real money with 3x wagering; live games, baccarat and crash games are excluded.

The limit is the problem. iWild pays 500 USD per request and 1,000 USD per day (7.1, 7.15), and only a personal manager can agree to more. A player who takes a 60,000 USD VIP pack and clears it would need two months at the standard limit to withdraw that much. iWild is run by Goodwin N.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/758/0228.

Slotsgem: 50 levels, few published figures

Slotsgem, run by the same company and under the same licence as Vave, has a VIP programme with 50 levels, each with a level-up reward. VIP members get a personal manager and a 24/7 VIP live chat. The site says that a higher level raises withdrawal limits and cashback percentages, but prints no figures, and offers rewards of up to 10,000 EUR "every 15 days". Comp points exchange at 100 CP to 1 euro.

Wild.io, Metaspins and Bitcasino: crypto VIP clubs

The three crypto casinos on our list document less, but each has one strong point.

Wild.io runs an automatic VIP club where daily rakeback, weekly cashback of up to 20% and a daily Wheel of Fortune all move with the level. The top daily wheel prize is 50,000 USD, and seven consecutive daily claims unlock a weekly wheel with a 100,000 USD top prize at the Epic level. Rakeback percentages are not printed. Its licence is with Stack Gaming Ltd. on Anjouan, ALSI-202504044-FI2, which we found in the Anjouan register.

Metaspins has a VIP club and a Level Up page that advertises a rakeback boost of up to 8x through a coin flip. All rewards must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (T&C 4.2). Anjouan licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, held by 3-102-959384 SRL and listed in the register.

Bitcasino names a VIP Prive and a Loyalty Club in its navigation; we could not read their content. Its terms carry the largest withdrawal figure on this page: large withdrawals may be paid at up to 1,000,000 USDT a week until settled (6.10).

How much a VIP point is really worth

This is the number VIP casinos are least keen to show you, so we worked it out from Vave's published figures. It is the only casino on our list that prints both the earning rate and the exchange rate.

Vave pays 1 VP per 30 USDT of slot bets and exchanges 200 VP for 1 USDT, with 5x wagering on the cash (points 3 and 7). So 1 USDT of exchanged cash takes 6,000 USDT of slot bets. That is about 0.017% of what you stake.

Step chart of Vave VIP level rewards from 5 USDT at level 2 to 100,000 USDT at level 18
Level 18 needs 150 million USDT of slot bets, by our arithmetic.

The level rewards are better, but not by as much as their size suggests. Reaching level 8 (5,000 VP) takes 150,000 USDT of slot bets and pays 100 USDT. Reaching level 18 takes 5,000,000 VP, or 150,000,000 USDT of slot bets, and the rewards for all levels added together come to 199,080 USDT, about 0.13% of that turnover. On a slot with a 96% return the expected loss on 150,000,000 USDT of bets is about 6,000,000 USDT. Our arithmetic, not Vave's; real results vary enormously in both directions.

There is a second catch. Bonus rule 1.3 caps winnings paid from any VIP bonus at 10,000 USDT. Rewards from level 16 up are 30,000, 50,000 and 100,000 USDT. We could not tell from the text how the cap and those rewards fit together. If you are close to those levels, ask the VIP manager to confirm in writing what a level 16 reward can actually pay out.

The lesson travels beyond Vave. Points on a VIP casino ladder are a rebate on turnover, and the rebate is small. A VIP casino is worth choosing for the cashback rate and the withdrawal limit, not for the ladder.

Cashback and rakeback: the part of VIP that pays

Cashback returns a share of your net losses. Rakeback returns a share of the house edge on everything you bet, win or lose. For a high-stakes player, both are worth more than any level reward, and both are where VIP casinos differ the most.

Bar chart of top VIP cashback rates: SpinSkull 20%, Wild.io up to 20%, Spinorhino 15% daily, iWild 10% plus 10%, Vave 7%
SpinSkull pairs the top rate with the lightest wagering.

Vave3%, 5%, 7% weekly10x100 USDT a weekVIP page

Read the table from the right. Vave's 7% sounds fine until you see that the cap is reached at about 1,429 USDT of weekly net loss; beyond that, a bigger loss returns nothing more. SpinSkull's cap of 5,000 EUR is fifty times higher and its wagering is a tenth of Vave's. For a high roller, the cap and the wagering decide the value, not the headline percentage.

Rakeback is the crypto casinos' version of the same idea. Wild.io pays it daily and raises the rate with the level; Metaspins advertises a boost of up to 8x. Neither prints the base rate, so neither can be compared on paper. Our rakeback page explains how to measure it from your own account history, and the VIP cashback page goes through each casino's rules.

VIP withdrawal limits: the line that matters most

A big win is only as good as the speed at which you can withdraw it. Every VIP casino on our list has either a written limit or a written instalment rule, and the gap between them is enormous.

Table of withdrawal limits and VIP exceptions for six casinos

Vaveno fixed limit; 50,000 USDT and above may be paid within 30 daysnot needed
Bitcasinoup to 1,000,000 USDT a week for large withdrawalsnot needed

No casino prints a VIP limit as a number. "Exceptions for higher VIP levels" is a door, not a promise. If your stakes mean you could win more than a casino's standard daily limit, ask the VIP manager for the higher limit in writing before you deposit, not after you win. Our page on high withdrawal limit casinos goes through each clause.

The bonus rule that catches high rollers

High rollers and bonuses do not mix well, and the reason is one line in almost every bonus policy: the maximum bet while a bonus is active.

CasinoMax bet with an active bonus
Vave5 USDT, bought features included (bonus terms 1.5)
Metaspins5 USDT per spin or round (14.11)
SpinSkull5 EUR or NZ$8 per spin (8.4)
Hellspin5 EUR (bonus terms 1e)
Bitcasino4 USDT on the welcome package
Spinorhino1 EUR on the first bonus, 5 EUR on the others

A player who normally bets 50 or 100 a spin cannot do that with a bonus running. Break the rule and the casino can void the bonus and the winnings. The VIP pack at iWild, built for first deposits of 2,000 USD and more, is the main exception on our list built for big depositors; even there, 25x wagering within ten days is a demanding schedule.

For most high rollers the better choice is simple: decline the welcome bonus, play with your own money at your own stakes, and take the value from cashback, which usually carries little or no wagering. The high roller bonus page compares the offers built for big deposits.

What a personal manager can and cannot do

Every VIP casino promises a personal manager or host, and at the casinos we read it is a real role: Vave names one for high-level players, Slotsgem one for VIP members with a 24/7 VIP chat, iWild one for its VIP pack. What a manager can do is written in only one place on our list: iWild's terms let the manager agree a higher withdrawal limit (7.15).

A manager can speed up your questions, tell you about promotions that are not on the public page, and argue your case for a higher limit. A manager cannot skip the verification step: every casino here can ask for documents before a payout, and iWild pays nothing before full verification (7.10). Get verified at the start, while there is nothing riding on it. More in our guide to the VIP account manager.

How to choose a VIP casino

Five questions decide whether a VIP casino suits you. Ask them in this order, because each one can rule a casino out before the next matters.

  1. How much can I withdraw per day and per month? Compare the limit with the biggest win your stakes could produce. If it is lower, ask for the VIP exception in writing first.
  2. What does cashback pay at my level, with what wagering and what cap? A 7% rate capped at 100 a week is worth less to a high roller than 10% capped at 5,000.
  3. Which games earn points? At Vave only slots count. A blackjack or roulette player earns nothing towards the ladder there.
  4. What is the bonus max bet? If it is far below your normal stake, skip the bonus.
  5. Who holds the licence? Check the number in the regulator's register, not just in the footer.

Everything else, the colour of the card, the name of the top tier, the size of the biggest level reward, is secondary. Our VIP club guide explains how levels and points work in more detail, and how we rate shows how we score each VIP casino.

How we score VIP casinos

Our score counts what each casino puts in writing, not how impressive its VIP page looks. A casino earns points for naming its operator and licence, for publishing withdrawal limits and processing times with clause numbers, for explaining when it checks identity and for documenting its VIP rewards with figures. A casino that keeps its rules behind the login, or prints a promise without a number, scores lower, even if its lobby is better.

Limits and ID rules come from each casino's own terms. “On request” means the casino can ask for documents at any point, with no amount published; “not read” means we could not read the rule ourselves.

The board shows each casino's written withdrawal limit, its rule on identity checks and its score. "On request" means the casino can ask for documents at any time without naming an amount.

High rollers, VIPs and the rest of us

"High roller" and "VIP" are used as if they meant the same thing. They do not. A high roller is defined by the size of each bet; a VIP by the total they have bet over time. A player who stakes 10 a spin for six hours a day can reach a higher VIP level than someone who places one 5,000 bet a month. VIP programmes reward volume, which is why they pay a percentage of turnover or losses.

That matters for the choice. A player with very large single bets wants high table limits and a high withdrawal ceiling; our high roller casino guide starts there. A player who plays often at moderate stakes wants the best cashback and the best point rate. For slots, see VIP slots; for blackjack, roulette and baccarat, high roller table games.

When VIP status stops being worth it

Here is the uncomfortable part that VIP pages leave out. Every reward in a VIP programme is a fraction of what you lose. Cashback is a percentage of net losses; rakeback, of the house edge; level rewards, of turnover. The programme makes losing slightly cheaper. It does not make winning more likely.

Two signs that a VIP programme is working against you: you raise your stakes to reach the next level before the end of the week, or you deposit again to qualify for a cashback threshold. VIP casinos are allowed to make that tempting. You are allowed to ignore it. Set a deposit limit in your account before you join a VIP club, and keep it when the manager calls with an offer. Our responsible gambling page lists the tools each casino gives you.

How we read these VIP casinos

Each fact on this page comes from the casino's own VIP page, bonus terms, general terms or licence footer, read on 9 October 2026. Licence numbers were checked in the Curaçao, Anjouan and MGA registers. Some sites cannot be opened from our location: for Wild.io, Metaspins and Bitcasino, we used captures of their own pages from earlier in 2026 and say so on each review. We do not use other review sites as sources, and we do not claim to have played at any VIP casino on this list with our own money.

Casinos change their VIP programmes often, usually without notice. The date at the top of each page is the date we last read the terms. If you find a casino has changed a number, write to us at the address on our contact page and we will read it again.

Questions and answers

What is a VIP casino?

An online casino with a loyalty programme that rewards higher and more frequent play: points per bet, levels, cashback or rakeback that rises with the level, level-up rewards and, at the top, a personal manager. Some programmes are open to everyone after the first deposit; others are by invitation.

Which casinos have the best VIP programmes?

It depends on what you want back. SpinSkull pays the highest written cashback rate with the lightest wagering (up to 20% at 1x, capped at 5,000 EUR a week). Spinorhino pays daily cashback of 5% to 15% with no wagering. Vave publishes the most complete level table, with 18 levels and rewards up to 100,000 USDT, but caps winnings from VIP bonuses at 10,000 USDT.

Do VIP players get faster withdrawals?

Not in writing. None of the terms we read gives VIP players a shorter processing time. What several casinos do write is that VIP levels can lift the withdrawal limit: Hellspin (clause 15), Spinorhino (6.11) and iWild by agreement with a personal manager (7.15).

How do I become a VIP at an online casino?

At most casinos on our list membership is automatic: Vave enrols you after the first deposit and Wild.io says your play counts without an application. You climb by earning points; at Vave that is 1 point per 30 USDT bet on slots, with table and live games not counting.

Is VIP cashback real money?

It depends on the wagering. Spinorhino's daily cashback has no wagering. SpinSkull's has 1x. iWild's is paid as real money with 3x wagering. Vave's weekly cashback carries 10x wagering, which makes it closer to a bonus than to money back.
